[ASV]therefore go thou, and read in the roll, which thou hast written from my mouth, the words of Jehovah in the ears of the people in Jehovah’s house upon the fast-day; and also thou shalt read them in the ears of all Judah that come out of their cities.
7[和合本]或者他们在耶和华面前恳求，各人回头，离开恶道，因为耶和华向这百姓所说要发的怒气和忿怒是大的。”

8[和合本]尼利亚的儿子巴录就照先知耶利米一切所吩咐的去行，在耶和华的殿中从书上念耶和华的话。

[WEB]Therefore all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, to Baruch, saying, “Take in your hand the scroll in which you have read in the ears of the people, and come.” So Baruch the son of Neriah took the scroll in his hand, and came to them.
[ASV]Therefore all the princes sent Jehudi the son of Nethaniah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Cushi, unto Baruch, saying, Take in thy hand the roll wherein thou hast read in the ears of the people, and come. So Baruch the son of Neriah took the roll in his hand, and came unto them.
15[和合本]他们对他说：“请你坐下，念给我们听。”巴录就念给他们听。

28[和合本]“你再取一卷，将犹大王约雅敬所烧第一卷上的一切话写在其上。

[WEB]“Take again another scroll, and write in it all the former words that were in the first scroll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah has burned.

29[和合本]论到犹大王约雅敬你要说，耶和华如此说：你烧了书卷，说：‘你为什么在其上写着，说巴比伦王必要来毁灭这地，使这地上绝了人民牲畜呢？’

[ASV]And concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah thou shalt say, Thus saith Jehovah: Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?
30[和合本]所以耶和华论到犹大王约雅敬说：他后裔中必没有人坐在大卫的宝座上；他的尸首必被抛弃，白日受炎热，黑夜受寒霜。

[WEB]Therefore Yahweh says concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: “He will have no one to sit on David’s throne. His dead body will be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.
[ASV]Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah: He shall have none to sit upon the throne of David; and his dead body shall be cast out in the day to the heat, and in the night to the frost.
31[和合本]我必因他和他后裔，并他臣仆的罪孽刑罚他们。我要使我所说的一切灾祸临到他们和耶路撒冷的居民，并犹大人；只是他们不听。”

32[和合本]于是耶利米又取一书卷，交给尼利亚的儿子文士巴录，他就从耶利米的口中写了犹大王约雅敬所烧前卷上的一切话，另外又添了许多相仿的话。
