4[和合本]领到耶和华的殿，进入神人伊基大利的儿子哈难众子的屋子。那屋子在首领的屋子旁边，在沙龙之子把门的玛西雅屋子以上。

[WEB]But they said, “We will drink no wine; for Jonadab the son of Rechab, our father, commanded us, saying, ‘You shall drink no wine, neither you, nor your sons, forever.

7[和合本]也不可盖房、撒种、栽种葡萄园，但一生的年日要住帐棚，使你们的日子在寄居之地得以延长。’

8[和合本]凡我们先祖利甲的儿子约拿达所吩咐我们的话，我们都听从了。我们和我们的妻子儿女，一生的年日都不喝酒，

9[和合本]也不盖房居住，也没有葡萄园、田地和种子，

[WEB]“Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says: ‘Go and tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, “Will you not receive instruction to listen to my words?” says Yahweh.
[ASV]Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Go, and say to the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will ye not receive instruction to hearken to my words? saith Jehovah.
14[和合本]利甲的儿子约拿达所吩咐他子孙不可喝酒的话，他们已经遵守，直到今日也不喝酒，因为他们听从先祖的吩咐。我从早起来警戒你们，你们却不听从我。

15[和合本]我从早起来差遣我的仆人众先知去，说：你们各人当回头，离开恶道，改正行为，不随从侍奉别神，就必住在我所赐给你们和你们列祖的地上。只是你们没有听从我，也没有侧耳而听。

[ASV]I have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Return ye now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and go not after other gods to serve them, and ye shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.
16[和合本]利甲的儿子约拿达的子孙，能遵守先人所吩咐他们的命，这百姓却没有听从我！
[拼音]lì jiǎ de ér zǐ yuē ná dá de zǐ sūn，néng zūn shǒu xiān rén suǒ fēn fù tā mén de mìng， zhè bǎi xìng què méi yǒu tīng cóng wǒ。
[WEB]The sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have performed the commandment of their father which he commanded them, but this people has not listened to me.”’
[ASV]Forasmuch as the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have performed the commandment of their father which he commanded them, but this people hath not hearkened unto me;
17[和合本]因此，耶和华万军之上帝以色列的上帝如此说：我要使我所说的一切灾祸临到犹大人和耶路撒冷的一切居民。因为我对他们说话，他们没有听从；我呼唤他们，他们没有答应。’”

[ASV]therefore thus saith Jehovah, the God of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced against them; because I have spoken unto them, but they have not heard; and I have called unto them, but they have not answered.
18[和合本]耶利米对利甲族的人说：“万军之耶和华以色列的上帝如此说：因你们听从你们先祖约拿达的吩咐，谨守他的一切诫命，照他所吩咐你们的去行。
[拼音]yé lì mǐ duì lì jiǎ zú de rén shuō，wàn jūn zhī yē hé huá yǐ sè liè de shén rú cǐ shuō，yīn nǐ mén tīng cóng nǐ mén xiān zǔ yuē ná dá de fēn fù，jǐn shǒu tā de yī qiè jiè mìng，zhào tā suǒ fēn fù nǐ mén de qù xíng。
[WEB]Jeremiah said to the house of the Rechabites, “Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says: ‘Because you have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts, and done according to all that he commanded you;’
[ASV]And Jeremiah said unto the house of the Rechabites, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Because ye have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts, and done according unto all that he commanded you;
19[和合本]所以万军之耶和华以色列的上帝如此说：利甲的儿子约拿达必永不缺人侍立在我面前。”
