19[和合本]就是听见我指着这地和其上的居民所说，要使这地变为荒场、民受咒诅的话，你便心里敬服，在我面前自卑，撕裂衣服，向我哭泣，因此我应允了你。这是我耶和华说的。

20[和合本]我必使你平平安安地归到坟墓，到你列祖那里；我要降与这地的一切灾祸，你也不至亲眼看见。’”他们就回复王去了。

[ASV]Therefore, behold, I will gather thee to thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered to thy grave in peace, neither shall thine eyes see all the evil which I will bring upon this place. And they brought the king word again.
