    1[和合本]摩西回答说:“他们必不信我,也不听我的话,必说:‘耶和华并没有向你显现!’”

    [WEB]Moses answered, “But, behold, they will not believe me, nor listen to my voice; for they will say, ‘Yahweh has not appeared to you.’”
    [ASV]And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice; for they will say, Jehovah hath not appeared unto thee.
    2[和合本]耶和华对摩西说:“你手里是什么?”他说:“是杖。”

    3[和合本]耶和华说:“丢在地上。”他一丢下去,就变作蛇,摩西便跑开。

    4[和合本]耶和华对摩西说:“伸出手来拿住它的尾巴,它必在你手中仍变为杖。

    [WEB]Yahweh said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand, and take it by the tail.” He stretched out his hand, and took hold of it, and it became a rod in his hand.
    [ASV]And Jehovah said unto Moses, Put forth thy hand, and take it by the tail (and he put forth his hand, and laid hold of it, and it became a rod in his hand);
    5[和合本]如此好叫他们信耶和华他们祖宗的上帝,就是亚伯拉罕的上帝,以撒的上帝,雅各的上帝,是向你显现了。”

    [WEB]“That they may believe that Yahweh, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.”
    [ASV]that they may believe that Jehovah, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.
    6[和合本]耶和华又对他说:“把手放在怀里。”他就把手放在怀里,及至抽出来,不料,手长了大麻风,有雪那样白。

    [WEB]Yahweh said furthermore to him, “Now put your hand inside your cloak.” He put his hand inside his cloak, and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous, as white as snow.
    [ASV]And Jehovah said furthermore unto him, Put now thy hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous, as white as snow.
    7[和合本]耶和华说:“再把手放在怀里。”他就再把手放在怀里,及至从怀里抽出来,不料,手已经复原,与周身的肉一样。

    [ASV]And he said, Put thy hand into thy bosom again. (And he put his hand into his bosom again; and when he took it out of his bosom, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh.)
    8[和合本]又说:“倘或他们不听你的话,也不信头一个神迹,他们必信第二个神迹。
    [拼音]yòu shuō,tǎng huò tā mén bù tīng nǐ de huà,yě bù xìn tóu yī gè shén jī,tā mén bì xìn dì èr gè shén jī。
    [WEB]“It will happen, if they will not believe you or listen to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.
    [ASV]And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.
    9[和合本]这两个神迹若都不信,也不听你的话,你就从河里取些水,倒在旱地上,你从河里取的水必在旱地上变作血。”
    [拼音]zhè liǎng gè shén jī ruò dōu bù xìn,yě bù tīng nǐ de huà,nǐ jìu cóng hé lǐ qǔ xiē shuǐ,dǎo zài hàn dì shàng,nǐ cóng hé lǐ qǔ de shuǐ bì zài hàn dì shàng biàn zuò xuè。
    [WEB]It will happen, if they will not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, that you shall take of the water of the river, and pour it on the dry land. The water which you take out of the river will become blood on the dry land.”
    [ASV]And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe even these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.
    10[和合本]摩西对耶和华说:“主啊,我素日不是能言的人,就是从你对仆人说话以后,也是这样,我本是拙口笨舌的。”

    [WEB]Moses said to Yahweh, “O Lord,The word translated “Lord” is “Adonai”. I am not eloquent, neither before now, nor since you have spoken to your servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.”
    [ASV]And Moses said unto Jehovah, Oh, Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
    11[和合本]耶和华对他说:“谁造人的口呢?谁使人口哑、耳聋、目明、眼瞎呢?岂不是我耶和华吗?
    [拼音]yē hé huá duì tā shuō,shuí zào rén de kǒu ne,shuí shǐ rén kǒu yǎ,ěr lóng,mù míng,yǎn xiā ne,qǐ bú shì wǒ yē hé huá me。
    [WEB]Yahweh said to him, “Who made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, Yahweh?
    [ASV]And Jehovah said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? Or who maketh a man dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? is it not I, Jehovah?
    12[和合本]现在去吧!我必赐你口才,指教你所当说的话。”
    [拼音]xiàn zài qù ba,wǒ bì cì nǐ kǒu cái,zhǐ jiào nǐ suǒ dāng shuō de huà。
    [WEB]Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.”
    [ASV]Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt speak.
    13[和合本]摩西说:“主啊,你愿意打发谁,就打发谁去吧!”

    [WEB]He said, “Oh, Lord, please send someone else.”
    [ASV]And he said, Oh, Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send.
    14[和合本]耶和华向摩西发怒说:“不是有你的哥哥利未人亚伦吗?我知道他是能言的,现在他出来迎接你,他一见你,心里就欢喜。

    [WEB]Yahweh’s anger burned against Moses, and he said, “What about Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Also, behold, he comes out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.
    [ASV]And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is there not Aaron thy brother the Levite? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.
    15[和合本]你要将当说的话传给他;我也要赐你和他口才,又要指教你们所当行的事。
    [拼音]nǐ yào jiāng dāng shuō de huà chuǎn gěi tā,wǒ yě yào cì nǐ hé tā kǒu cái,yòu yào zhǐ jiào nǐ mén suǒ dāng xíng de shì。
    [WEB]You shall speak to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do.
    [ASV]And thou shalt speak unto him, and put the words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.
    16[和合本]他要替你对百姓说话;你要以他当作口,他要以你当作上帝。
    [拼音]tā yào tì nǐ duì bǎi xìng shuō huà,nǐ yào yǐ tā dàng zuò kǒu,tā yào yǐ nǐ dàng zuò  shén。
    [WEB]He will be your spokesman to the people; and it will happen, that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God.
    [ASV]And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people; and it shall come to pass, that he shall be to thee a mouth, and thou shalt be to him as God.
    17[和合本]你手里要拿这杖,好行神迹。”
    [拼音]nǐ shǒu lǐ yào ná zhè zhàng,hǎo xíng shén jī。
    [WEB]You shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.”
    [ASV]And thou shalt take in thy hand this rod, wherewith thou shalt do the signs.

    18[和合本]于是摩西回到他岳父叶忒罗那里,对他说:“求你容我回去见我在埃及的弟兄,看他们还在不在。”叶忒罗对摩西说:“你可以平平安安地去吧!”

    [WEB]Moses went and returned to Jethro his father-in-law, and said to him, “Please let me go and return to my brothers who are in Egypt, and see whether they are still alive.” Jethro said to Moses, “Go in peace.”
    [ASV]And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father-in-law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren that are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.
    19[和合本]耶和华在米甸对摩西说:“你要回埃及去,因为寻索你命的人都死了。”
    [拼音]yē hé huá zài mǐ diàn duì mó xī shuō,nǐ yào huí āi jí qù,yīn wèi xún suǒ nǐ mìng de rén dōu sǐ le。
    [WEB]Yahweh said to Moses in Midian, “Go, return into Egypt; for all the men who sought your life are dead.”
    [ASV]And Jehovah said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt; for all the men are dead that sought thy life.
    20[和合本]摩西就带着妻子和两个儿子,叫他们骑上驴,回埃及地去,摩西手里拿着上帝的杖。
    [拼音]mó xī jìu dài zhe qī zǐ hé liǎng gè ér zǐ,jiào tā mén qí shàng lú huí āi jí dì qù。 mó xī shǒu lǐ ná zhe shén de zhàng。
    [WEB]Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Egypt. Moses took God’s rod in his hand.
    [ASV]And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand.
    21[和合本]耶和华对摩西说:“你回到埃及的时候要留意,将我指示你的一切奇事,行在法老面前,但我要使(或作“任凭”。下同)他的心刚硬,他必不容百姓去。

    [WEB]Yahweh said to Moses, “When you go back into Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in your hand, but I will harden his heart and he will not let the people go.
    [ASV]And Jehovah said unto Moses, When thou goest back into Egypt, see that thou do before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in thy hand: but I will harden his heart, and he will not let the people go.
    22[和合本]你要对法老说:‘耶和华这样说:以色列是我的儿子,我的长子。
    [拼音]nǐ yào duì fǎ lǎo shuō,yē hé huá zhè yàng shuō,yǐ sè liè shì wǒ de ér zǐ,wǒ de cháng zǐ。
    [WEB]You shall tell Pharaoh, ‘Yahweh says, Israel is my son, my firstborn,
    [ASV]And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is my son, my first-born:
    23[和合本]我对你说过,容我的儿子去,好侍奉我,你还是不肯容他去。看哪,我要杀你的长子。’”
    [拼音]wǒ duì nǐ shuō guò,róng wǒ de ér zǐ qù hǎo shì fèng wǒ,nǐ hái shì bù kěn róng tā qù,kàn nǎ,wǒ yào shā nǐ de cháng zǐ。
    [WEB]and I have said to you, “Let my son go, that he may serve me”; and you have refused to let him go. Behold, I will kill your son, your firstborn.’”

    24[和合本]摩西在路上住宿的地方,耶和华遇见他,想要杀他。

    [WEB]On the way at a lodging place, Yahweh met Moses and wanted to kill him.
    [ASV]And it came to pass on the way at the lodging-place, that Jehovah met him, and sought to kill him.
    25[和合本]西坡拉就拿一块火石,割下他儿子的阳皮,丢在摩西脚前,说:“你真是我的血郎了。”

    26[和合本]这样耶和华才放了他。西坡拉说:“你因割礼就是血郎了。”

    [WEB]So he let him alone. Then she said, “You are a bridegroom of blood,” because of the circumcision.
    [ASV]So he let him alone. Then she said, A bridegroom of blood art thou , because of the circumcision.
    27[和合本]耶和华对亚伦说:“你往旷野去迎接摩西。”他就去,在上帝的山遇见摩西,和他亲嘴。
    [拼音]yē hé huá duì yǎ lún shuō,nǐ wǎng kuàng yě qù yíng jiē mó xī,tā jìu qù,zài shén de shān yù jiàn mó xī hé tā qīn zuǐ。
    [WEB]Yahweh said to Aaron, “Go into the wilderness to meet Moses.” He went, and met him on God’s mountain, and kissed him.
    [ASV]And Jehovah said to Aaron, Go into the wilderness to meet Moses. And he went, and met him in the mountain of God, and kissed him.
    28[和合本]摩西将耶和华打发他所说的言语和嘱咐他所行的神迹,都告诉了亚伦。
    [拼音]mó xī jiāng yē hé huá dǎ fā tā suǒ shuō de yán yǔ,hé zhǔ fù tā suǒ xíng de shén jī, dōu gào sù le yǎ lún。
    [WEB]Moses told Aaron all Yahweh’s words with which he had sent him, and all the signs with which he had instructed him.
    [ASV]And Moses told Aaron all the words of Jehovah wherewith he had sent him, and all the signs wherewith he had charged him.
    29[和合本]摩西、亚伦就去招聚以色列的众长老。

    [WEB]Aaron spoke all the words which Yahweh had spoken to Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.

    31[和合本]百姓就信了。以色列人听见耶和华眷顾他们,鉴察他们的困苦,就低头下拜。

    [WEB]The people believed, and when they heard that Yahweh had visited the children of Israel, and that he had seen their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshiped.
    [ASV]And the people believed: and when they heard that Jehovah had visited the children of Israel, and that he had seen their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped.
