2[和合本]“人子啊，葡萄树比别样树有什么强处？葡萄枝比众树枝有什么好处？
[拼音]rén zǐ ā，pú táo shù bǐ bié yàng shù yǒu shén me qiáng chù，pú táo zhī bǐ zhòng shù zhī yǒu shén me hǎo chù。
[WEB]“Son of man, what is the vine tree more than any tree, the vine-branch which is among the trees of the forest?
[ASV]Son of man, what is the vine-tree more than any tree, the vine-branch which is among the trees of the forest?
3[和合本]其上可以取木料作什么功用？可以取来作钉子挂什么器皿吗？
[拼音]qí shàng kě yǐ qǔ mù liào zuò shén me gōng yòng，kě yǐ qǔ lái zuò dīng zǐ guà shén me qì mǐn me。
[WEB]Will wood be taken of it to make anything? Will men take a pin of it to hang any vessel on it?
[ASV]Shall wood be taken thereof to make any work? or will men take a pin of it to hang any vessel thereon?
4[和合本]看哪，已经抛在火中当作柴烧，火既烧了两头，中间也被烧了，还有益于功用吗？
[拼音]kàn nǎ，yǐ jīng pāo zài huǒ zhōng dàng zuò chái shāo，huǒ jì shāo le liǎng tóu，zhōng jiān yě bèi shāo le，hái yǒu yì yú gōng yòng me。
[WEB]Behold, it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire has devoured both its ends, and the middle of it is burned. Is it profitable for any work?
[ASV]Behold, it is cast into the fire for fuel; the fire hath devoured both the ends of it, and the midst of it is burned: is it profitable for any work?
5[和合本]完全的时候尚且不合乎什么功用，何况被火烧坏，还能合乎什么功用吗？”
[拼音]wán quán de shí hòu shàng qiě bù hé hū shén me gōng yòng，hé kuàng bèi huǒ shāo huài，hái néng hé hū shén me gōng yòng me。
[WEB]Behold, when it was whole, it was suitable for no work. How much less, when the fire has devoured it, and it has been burned, will it yet be suitable for any work?”
[ASV]Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work: how much less, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned, shall it yet be meet for any work!
6[和合本]所以主耶和华如此说：“众树以内的葡萄树，我怎样使它在火中当柴，也必照样待耶路撒冷的居民。
[拼音]suǒ yǐ zhǔ yē hé huá rú cǐ shuō，zhòng shù yǐ nèi de pú táo shù，wǒ zěn yàng shǐ tā zài huǒ zhōng dàng chái，yě bì zhào yàng dài yē lù sā lěng de jū mín。
[WEB]Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: “As the vine tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so I will give the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
[ASV]Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: As the vine-tree among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so will I give the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
7[和合本]我必向他们变脸，他们虽从火中出来，火却要烧灭他们，我向他们变脸的时候，你们就知道我是耶和华。
[拼音]wǒ bì xiàng tā mén biàn liǎn，tā mén suī cóng huǒ zhōng chū lái，huǒ què yào shāo miè tā mén。 wǒ xiàng tā mén biàn liǎn de shí hòu，nǐ mén jìu zhī dào wǒ shì yē hé huá。
[WEB]I will set my face against them. They will go out from the fire, but the fire will devour them. Then you will know that I am Yahweh, when I set my face against them.
[ASV]And I will set my face against them; they shall go forth from the fire, but the fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah, when I set my face against them.
8[和合本]我必使地土荒凉，因为他们行事干犯我。这是主耶和华说的。”
[拼音]wǒ bì shǐ dì tǔ huāng liáng，yīn wèi tā mén xíng shì gān fàn wǒ。zhè shì zhǔ yē hé huá shuō de。
[WEB]I will make the land desolate, because they have committed a trespass,” says the Lord Yahweh.
[ASV]And I will make the land desolate, because they have committed a trespass, saith the Lord Jehovah.
