7[和合本]却对我说：‘你要怀孕生一个儿子，所以清酒浓酒都不可喝，一切不洁之物也不可吃，因为这孩子从出胎一直到死，必归上帝作拿细耳人。’”

[ASV]And the angel of Jehovah said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread; and if thou wilt make ready a burnt-offering, thou must offer it unto Jehovah. For Manoah knew not that he was the angel of Jehovah.
17[和合本]玛挪亚对耶和华的使者说：“请将你的名告诉我，到你话应验的时候，我们好尊敬你。”

[WEB]So Manoah took the young goat with the meal offering, and offered it on the rock to Yahweh. Then the angel did an amazing thing as Manoah and his wife watched.
[ASV]So Manoah took the kid with the meal-offering, and offered it upon the rock unto Jehovah: and the angel did wondrously, and Manoah and his wife looked on.
20[和合本]见火焰从坛上往上升，耶和华的使者在坛上的火焰中也升上去了。玛挪亚和他的妻看见，就俯伏于地。

[ASV]For it came to pass, when the flame went up toward heaven from off the altar, that the angel of Jehovah ascended in the flame of the altar: and Manoah and his wife looked on; and they fell on their faces to the ground.
21[和合本]耶和华的使者不再向玛挪亚和他的妻显现，玛挪亚才知道他是耶和华的使者。

24[和合本]后来妇人生了一个儿子，给他起名叫参孙。孩子长大，耶和华赐福与他。
