5[和合本]我用大能和伸出来的膀臂，创造大地和地上的人民、牲畜，我看给谁相宜，就把地给谁。

6[和合本]现在我将这些地都交给我仆人巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的手，我也将田野的走兽给他使用。

7[和合本]列国都必服侍他和他的儿孙，直到他本国遭报的日期来到。那时，多国和大君王，要使他作他们的奴仆。

[ASV]And it shall come to pass, that the nation and the kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith Jehovah, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.
9[和合本]至于你们，不可听从你们的先知和占卜的、圆梦的、观兆的，以及行邪术的。他们告诉你们说，你们不至服侍巴比伦王。

[WEB]But as for you, don’t listen to your prophets, to your diviners, to your dreams, to your soothsayers, or to your sorcerers, who speak to you, saying, “You shall not serve the king of Babylon;”
[ASV]But as for you, hearken ye not to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreams, nor to your soothsayers, nor to your sorcerers, that speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:
10[和合本]他们向你们说假预言，要叫你们迁移，远离本地，以致我将你们赶出去，使你们灭亡。
[拼音]tā mén xiàng nǐ mén shuō jiǎ yù yán，yào jiào nǐ mén qiān yí，yuǎn lí běn dì，yǐ zhì wǒ jiāng nǐ mén gǎn chū qù，shǐ nǐ mén miè wáng。
[WEB]for they prophesy a lie to you, to remove you far from your land, so that I would drive you out, and you would perish.

[ASV]But the nation that shall bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, that nation will I let remain in their own land, saith Jehovah; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.

13[和合本]你和你的百姓为何要因刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫死亡，正如耶和华论到不服侍巴比伦王的那国说的话呢？

[WEB]Why will you die, you and your people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as Yahweh has spoken concerning the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?
[ASV]Why will ye die, thou and thy people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as Jehovah hath spoken concerning the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?
14[和合本]不可听那些先知对你们所说的话。他们说：‘你们不至服侍巴比伦王，’其实他们向你们说假预言。

15[和合本]耶和华说：‘我并没有打发他们，他们却托我的名说假预言，好使我将你们和向你们说预言的那些先知，赶出去一同灭亡。’”

[WEB]Also I spoke to the priests and to all this people, saying, Yahweh says, “Don’t listen to the words of your prophets who prophesy to you, saying, ‘Behold, the vessels of Yahweh’s house will now shortly be brought again from Babylon;’ for they prophesy a lie to you.
[ASV]Also I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith Jehovah: Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the vessels of Jehovah’s house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon; for they prophesy a lie unto you.
17[和合本]不可听从他们，只管服侍巴比伦王，便得存活，这城何至变为荒场呢？

[WEB]Don’t listen to them. Serve the king of Babylon, and live. Why should this city become a desolation?

18[和合本]他们若果是先知，有耶和华的话临到他们，让他们祈求万军之耶和华使那在耶和华殿中和犹大王宫内，并耶路撒冷剩下的器皿，不被带到巴比伦去。
