2[和合本]“你晓谕以色列人，从他们手下取杖，每支派一根。从他们所有的首领，按着支派，共取十二根；你要将各人的名字写在各人的杖上。

[WEB]“Speak to the children of Israel, and take rods from them, one for each fathers’ house, of all their princes according to their fathers’ houses, twelve rods. Write each man’s name on his rod.
[ASV]Speak unto the children of Israel, and take of them rods, one for each fathers’ house, of all their princes according to their fathers’ houses, twelve rods: write thou every man’s name upon his rod.
3[和合本]并要将亚伦的名字写在利未的杖上，因为各族长必有一根杖。

[WEB]You shall write Aaron’s name on the rod of Levi; for there shall be one rod for each head of their fathers’ houses.
[ASV]And thou shalt write Aaron’s name upon the rod of Levi; for there shall be one rod for each head of their fathers’ houses.
4[和合本]你要把这些杖存在会幕内法柜前，就是我与你们相会之处。

[WEB]You shall lay them up in the Tent of Meeting before the testimony, where I meet with you.
[ASV]And thou shalt lay them up in the tent of meeting before the testimony, where I meet with you.
5[和合本]后来我所拣选的那人，他的杖必发芽，这样我必使以色列人向你们所发的怨言止息，不再达到我耳中。”

[WEB]It shall happen, that the rod of the man whom I shall choose shall bud. I will make the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against you, cease from me.”
[ASV]And it shall come to pass, that the rod of the man whom I shall choose shall bud: and I will make to cease from me the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against you.
6[和合本]于是摩西晓谕以色列人，他们的首领就把杖交给他，按着支派每首领一根，共有十二根；亚伦的杖也在其中。

[ASV]And Moses spake unto the children of Israel; and all their princes gave him rods, for each prince one, according to their fathers’ houses, even twelve rods: and the rod of Aaron was among their rods.
7[和合本]摩西就把杖存在法柜的帐幕内，在耶和华面前。

[WEB]Moses laid up the rods before Yahweh in the Tent of the Testimony.

8[和合本]第二天，摩西进法柜的帐幕去。谁知，利未族亚伦的杖已经发了芽，生了花苞，开了花，结了熟杏。

[WEB]On the next day, Moses went into the Tent of the Testimony; and behold, Aaron’s rod for the house of Levi had sprouted, budded, produced blossoms, and bore ripe almonds.
[ASV]And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses went into the tent of the testimony; and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and put forth buds, and produced blossoms, and bare ripe almonds.
9[和合本]摩西就把所有的杖从耶和华面前拿出来给以色列众人看，他们看见了，各首领就把自己的杖拿去。

[WEB]Moses brought out all the rods from before Yahweh to all the children of Israel. They looked, and each man took his rod.
[ASV]And Moses brought out all the rods from before Jehovah unto all the children of Israel: and they looked, and took every man his rod.
10[和合本]耶和华吩咐摩西说：“把亚伦的杖还放在法柜前，给这些背叛之子留作记号。这样，你就使他们向我发的怨言止息，免得他们死亡。”

[WEB]Yahweh said to Moses, “Put back the rod of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the children of rebellion; that you may make an end of their murmurings against me, that they not die.”
[ASV]And Jehovah said unto Moses, Put back the rod of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the children of rebellion; that thou mayest make an end of their murmurings against me, that they die not.
11[和合本]摩西就这样行。耶和华怎样吩咐他，他就怎样行了。
[拼音]mó xī jìu zhè yàng xíng。yē hé huá zěn yàng fēn fù tā，tā jìu zěn yàng xíng le。
[WEB]Moses did so. As Yahweh commanded him, so he did.

12[和合本]以色列人对摩西说：“我们死啦！我们灭亡啦！都灭亡啦！

[WEB]The children of Israel spoke to Moses, saying, “Behold, we perish! We are undone! We are all undone!
[ASV]And the children of Israel spake unto Moses, saying, Behold, we perish, we are undone, we are all undone.
13[和合本]凡挨近耶和华帐幕的是必死的，我们都要死亡吗？”
[拼音]fán āi jìn yē hé huá zhàng mù de，shì bì sǐ de wǒ mén dōu yào sǐ wáng me。
[WEB]Everyone who keeps approaching Yahweh’s tabernacle, dies! Will we all perish?”
[ASV]Every one that cometh near, that cometh near unto the tabernacle of Jehovah, dieth: shall we perish all of us?
