19:2
[cbgb] 先见哈拿尼的儿子耶户出来迎接约沙法王,对他说,你岂当帮助恶人,爱那恨恶耶和华的人呢?因此耶和华的忿怒临到你。 < | >
[niv] Jehu the seer, the son of Hanani, went out to meet him and said to the king, "Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the LORD? Because of this, the wrath of the LORD is upon you.
[asv] And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the wicked, and love them that hate Jehovah? for this thing wrath is upon thee from before Jehovah.
[jnd] And Jehu the son of Hanani, the seer, went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate Jehovah? Therefore is wrath upon thee from Jehovah.

[ylt] and go out unto his presence doth Jehu son of Hanani, the seer, and saith unto king Jehoshaphat, `To give help to the wicked, and to those hating Jehovah, dost thou love? and for this against thee wrath from before Jehovah,
[bbe] And Jehu, the son of Hanani the seer, went to King Jehoshaphat and said to him, Is it right for you to go to the help of evil-doers, loving the haters of the Lord? because of this, the wrath of the Lord has come on you.
19:3
[cbgb] 然而你还有善行,因你从国中除掉木偶,立定心意寻求 神。 < | >
[niv] There is, however, some good in you, for you have rid the land of the Asherah poles and have set your heart on seeking God."
[asv] Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast put away the Asheroth out of the land, and hast set thy heart to seek God.

19:4
[cbgb] 约沙法住在耶路撒冷,以后又出巡民间,从别是巴直到以法莲山地,引导民归向耶和华他们列祖的 神。 < | >
[niv] Jehoshaphat lived in Jerusalem, and he went out again among the people from Beersheba to the hill country of Ephraim and turned them back to the LORD, the God of their fathers.
[asv] And Jehoshaphat dwelt at Jerusalem: and he went out again among the people from Beer-sheba to the hill-country of Ephraim, and brought them back unto Jehovah, the God of their fathers.

19:5

[niv] He appointed judges in the land, in each of the fortified cities of Judah.

[niv] He told them, "Consider carefully what you do, because you are not judging for man but for the LORD, who is with you whenever you give a verdict.
[asv] and said to the judges, Consider what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for Jehovah; and he is with you in the judgment.
[jnd] And he said to the judges, Take heed what ye do; for ye judge not for man, but for Jehovah, who will be with you in the matter of judgment.

19:7
[cbgb] 现在你们应当敬畏耶和华,谨慎办事。因为耶和华我们的 神没有不义,不偏待人,也不受贿赂。 < | >
[niv] Now let the fear of the LORD be upon you. Judge carefully, for with the LORD our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery."
[asv] Now therefore let the fear of Jehovah be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with Jehovah our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of bribes.
[jnd] And now, let the terror of Jehovah be upon you; be careful what ye do, for there is no iniquity with Jehovah, nor respect of persons, nor taking of presents.
[kjv] Wherefore now let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.

[bbe] So now let the fear of the Lord be in you; do your work with care; for in the Lord our God there is no evil, or respect for high position, or taking of payment to do wrong.
19:8

[niv] In Jerusalem also, Jehoshaphat appointed some of the Levites, priests and heads of Israelite families to administer the law of the LORD and to settle disputes. And they lived in Jerusalem.
[asv] Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set of the Levites and the priests, and of the heads of the fathers' houses of Israel, for the judgment of Jehovah, and for controversies. And they returned to Jerusalem.
[jnd] -- And moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set some of the Levites and priests, and of the chief fathers of Israel, for the judgment of Jehovah and for causes. -- And they returned to Jerusalem.

[bbe] Then in Jerusalem he gave authority to certain of the Levites and the priests and the heads of families of Israel to give decisions for the Lord, and in the causes of those living in Jerusalem.
19:9
[cbgb] 约沙法嘱咐他们说,你们当敬畏耶和华,忠心诚实办事。 < | >
[niv] He gave them these orders: "You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of the LORD.
[asv] And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of Jehovah, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.
[jnd] And he charged them saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of Jehovah faithfully and with a perfect heart.

[bbe] And he gave them their orders, saying, You are to do your work in the fear of the Lord, in good faith and with a true heart.
19:10
[cbgb] 住在各城里你们的弟兄,若有争讼的事来到你们这里,或为流血,或犯律法,诫命,律例,典章,你们要警戒他们,免得他们得罪耶和华,以致他的忿怒临到你们和你们的弟兄。这样行,你们就没有罪了。 < | >
[niv] In every case that comes before you from your fellow countrymen who live in the cities--whether bloodshed or other concerns of the law, commands, decrees or ordinances--you are to warn them not to sin against the LORD; otherwise his wrath will come on you and your brothers. Do this, and you will not sin.
[asv] And whensoever any controversy shall come to you from your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances, ye shall warn them, that they be not guilty towards Jehovah, and so wrath come upon you and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not be guilty.
[jnd] And what cause soever comes to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and ordinances, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against Jehovah, and so wrath come upon you and upon your brethren: this do and ye shall not trespass.

[bbe] And if any cause comes before you from your brothers living in their towns, where the death punishment is in question, or where there are questions of law or order, or rules or decisions, make them take care that they are not in the wrong before the Lord, so that wrath may not come on you and on your brothers; do this and you yourselves will not be in the wrong.
19:11
[cbgb] 凡属耶和华的事,有大祭司亚玛利雅管理你们。凡属王的事,有犹大支派的族长以实玛利的儿子西巴第雅管理你们。在你们面前有利未人作官长。你们应当壮胆办事,愿耶和华与善人同在。 <
[niv] "Amariah the chief priest will be over you in any matter concerning the LORD, and Zebadiah son of Ishmael, the leader of the tribe of Judah, will be over you in any matter concerning the king, and the Levites will serve as officials before you. Act with courage, and may the LORD be with those who do well."
[asv] And, behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of Jehovah; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the ruler of the house of Judah, in all the king's matters: also the Levites shall be officers before you. Deal courageously, and Jehovah be with the good.
[jnd] And behold, Amariah the chief priest is over you in all matters of Jehovah, and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, prince of the house of Judah, in all the king's matters; and ye have the Levites before you as officers. Be strong and do it, and Jehovah will be with the good.

[bbe] And now, Amariah, the chief priest, is over you in all questions to do with the Lord; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael, the head of the family of Judah, in everything to do with the king's business; and the Levites will be overseers for you. Be strong to do the work; and may the Lord be with the upright.
