[niv] The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands.

[niv] And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:

[niv] I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

[niv] When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him,

[niv] he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers."
[asv] And he said,  Cursed be Canaan;  A servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
[jnd] And he said, Cursed be Canaan; Let him be a bondman of bondmen to his brethren.
[kjv] And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
[nwb] And he said, Cursed Canaan, a servant of servants shall he be to his brethren.
[rsv] he said, "Cursed be Canaan; a slave of slaves shall he be to his brothers."
[web] He said,"Cursed be Canaan;A servant of servants will he be to his brothers."
[ylt] and saith: `Cursed Canaan, Servant of servants he is to his brethren.'
[bbe] Cursed be Canaan; let him be a servant of servants to his brothers.
9:26
[cbgb] 又说，耶和华闪的　神，是应当称颂的，愿迦南作闪的奴仆。 < | >
[niv] He also said, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem! May Canaan be the slave of Shem.
[asv] And he said,  Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Shem;  And let Canaan be his servant.  
[jnd] And he said, Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Shem, And let Canaan be his bondman.
[kjv] And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
[nwb] And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
[rsv] He also said, "Blessed by the LORD my God be Shem; and let Canaan be his slave."
[web] . He said,"Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Shem;Let Canaan be his servant.
[ylt] And he saith: `Blessed of Jehovah my God Shem, And Canaan is servant to him.
[bbe] And he said, Praise to the Lord, the God of Shem; let Canaan be his servant.
9:27
[cbgb] 愿　神使雅弗扩张，使他住在闪的帐棚里，又愿迦南作他的奴仆。 < | >
[niv] May God extend the territory of Japheth ; may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave."
[asv] God enlarge Japheth,  And let him dwell in the tents of Shem;  And let Canaan be his servant.
[jnd] Let God enlarge Japheth, and let him dwell in the tents of Shem, And let Canaan be his bondman.
[kjv] God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
