[asv] Should a wise man make answer with vain knowledge,  And fill himself with the east wind?

[kjv] Should a wise man utter vain knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?

[asv] Yea, thou doest away with fear,  And hinderest devotion before God.

[niv] For the company of the godless will be barren, and fire will consume the tents of those who love bribes.

[jnd] For the family of the ungodly shall be barren, and fire shall consume the tents of bribery.
[kjv] For the congregation of hypocrites shall be desolate, and fire shall consume the tabernacles of bribery.
