[cbgb] 世上的君王一齐起来，臣宰一同商议，要敌挡耶和华，并他的受膏者， < | >
[niv] The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One.
[asv] The kings of the earth set themselves,  And the rulers take counsel together,  Against Jehovah, and against his anointed, saying,

[bbe] The kings of the earth have taken their place, and the rulers are fixed in their purpose, against the Lord, and against the king of his selection, saying,

[niv] "Let us break their chains," they say, "and throw off their fetters."
[asv] Let us break their bonds asunder,  And cast away their cords from us.

[niv] The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them.
[asv] He that sitteth in the heavens will laugh:  The Lord will have them in derision.  
[jnd] He that dwelleth in the heavens shall laugh, the Lord shall have them in derision.

[asv] Then will he speak unto them in his wrath,  And vex them in his sore displeasure:

[niv] "I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill."
[asv] Yet I have set my king  Upon my holy hill of Zion.  
[jnd] And *I* have anointed my king upon Zion, the hill of my holiness.

[niv] I will proclaim the decree of the LORD: He said to me, "You are my Son ; today I have become your Father.
[asv] I will tell of the decree:  Jehovah said unto me, Thou art my son;  This day have I begotten thee.  
[jnd] I will declare the decree: Jehovah hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; *I* this day have begotten thee.
[kjv] I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
[nwb] I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said to me, Thou my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
[rsv] I will tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to me, "You are my son, today I have begotten you.

[niv] Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.
[asv] Ask of me, and I will give thee the nations for thine inheritance,  And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.  
[jnd] Ask of me, and I will give thee nations for an inheritance, and for thy possession the ends of the earth:
[kjv] Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

[niv] You will rule them with an iron scepter ; you will dash them to pieces like pottery."
[asv] Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron;  Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.  
[jnd] Thou shalt break them with a sceptre of iron, as a potter's vessel thou shalt dash them in pieces.

[niv] Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth.
[asv] Now therefore be wise, O ye kings:  Be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

[niv] Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
