[niv] Many are saying of me, "God will not deliver him."
[asv] Many there are that say of my soul,  There is no help for him in God. Selah  
[jnd] Many say of my soul, There is no salvation for him in God. Selah.

[cbgb] 但你耶和华是我四围的盾牌。是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。 < | >
[niv] But you are a shield around me, O LORD; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head.
[asv] But thou, O Jehovah, art a shield about me;  My glory and the lifter up of my head.  
[jnd] But thou, Jehovah, art a shield about me; my glory, and the lifter up of my head.
[kjv] But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
[nwb] But thou, O LORD, a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of my head.

[niv] To the LORD I cry aloud, and he answers me from his holy hill.
[asv] I cry unto Jehovah with my voice,  And he answereth me out of his holy hill. Selah  
[jnd] With my voice will I call to Jehovah, and he will answer me from the hill of his holiness. Selah.
[kjv] I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

[niv] I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me.
[asv] I laid me down and slept;  I awaked; for Jehovah sustaineth me.  
[jnd] I laid me down and slept; I awaked, for Jehovah sustaineth me.

[niv] I will not fear the tens of thousands drawn up against me on every side.
[asv] I will not be afraid of ten thousands of the people  That have set themselves against me round about.  
[jnd] I will not fear for myriads of the people that have set themselves against me round about.
[kjv] I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
[nwb] I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set against me on all sides.
[rsv] I am not afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me round about.

[cbgb] 耶和华阿，求你起来。我的　神阿，求你救我。因为你打了我一切仇敌的腮骨，敲碎了恶人的牙齿。 < | >
[niv] Arise, O LORD! Deliver me, O my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.
[asv] Arise, O Jehovah; save me, O my God:  For thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone;  Thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.  
[jnd] Arise, Jehovah; save me, my God! For thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheekbone, thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.
[kjv] Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

[niv] From the LORD comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.
